Phillip Brown operates a pharmacy on 8th Street between Pearl and Silver.
Across the street from his pharmacy is a former house that he has turned into Brown's
Art Museum, which is filled with about 1,500 pieces of art he has collected over
the last quarter century. He has some pieces signed by modern masters like Renoir,
Gauguin, and Picasso, but those haven't been authenticated. He also has lots of
pieces of what he calls "spiritual expression", art that contain religious icons
